Delete Your Wanaag Account
At Wanaag, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated information at any time.
Option 1: In-App Self-Service (Fastest)
You can instantly delete your account directly inside the Wanaag mobile application:
- Open the Wanaag App on your device.
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision. Your session will be terminated immediately.
Option 2: Delete by Email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit a manual deletion request, please email our privacy compliance team from the email address registered to your Wanaag account:

- Profile Data Erased: Your name, phone number, email address, password credentials, and saved addresses are permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days.
- Location History Erased: Any stored GPS coordinates, saved drop-off pins, and travel routes are purged.
- Legal & Financial Retention: Past transaction history, M-Pesa payment receipts, and tax records may be retained for statutory periods as mandated by Kenyan accounting, anti-fraud, and tax laws.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused wallet credits or promotional discounts will be forfeited upon account closure.
